In a mixing bowl combine turkey mince, eggs, dried breadcrumbs, oregano, parmesan, salt and pepper. Mix very well and then form into ping-pong sized meatballs.
Separately, combine passata, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, sugar, chilli flakes, salt and pepper.
Place your turkey meatballs in the slow cooker and pour over your tomato sauce. Stir the sauce to ensure the meatballs are covered, being careful not to break them.
Cook on high for 4 hours, or low for 6+ hours. Serve with your choice of carbs and veg on the side.
