Slow Cooker Balsamic Shredded Beef
Tender slow-cooked beef in a rich balsamic sauce.

- 400 g Beef braising steak Cut into large chunks
- 100 ml Balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 200 ml Beef stock
- 1 tbsp Light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Dried thyme
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
For later
- 1-2 tbsp Cornflour Mix 1 part cornflour to 2 parts water, to make a slurry
In the slow cooker combine beef braising steak, balsamic vinegar, honey, light soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, dried thyme and garlic.
Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 7-8.
Shred the beef. Optionally stir in some cornflour slurry to thicken. Serve with the sides of your choice and enjoy!
