Slow Cooker Chilli Sausage Surprise

- 6 Sausages of your choice, I use chilli 'firecracker' sausages
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 800 g Tinned tomatoes 1 can = 400g
- 400 g Tinned red kidney beans drained, 400g tin = 240g drained
- 400 g Tin drained, 400g tin = 240g drained
- 1 Vegetable stock cube as it is, not mixed with water
- 2 tbsp Tomato puree
- 1 tbsp Ground cumin
- 1 tbsp Ground coriander
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Chilli powder add 1 extra tsp if you want it extra spicy
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
For later
- 50 g Cheese shredded
- handful Fresh coriander chopped
Slice the sausage into 3 equal chunks.
In the slow cooker, combine the sausages and all other the listed ingredients.
Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8.
Sprinkle over grated cheese and freshly chopped coriander. Serve and enjoy!
