Instructions
Place the gammon in your slow cooker. Cover (or nearly cover) with water.
Add a quartered onion and optionally some extra aromatics, such as peppercorns and bay leaves.
Cook for 3-4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low. You can optionally flip halfway if your joint is not covered, but this isn't essential.
Mix honey, brown sugar and mustard to create your glaze.
Set the oven to Fan 180°C. Remove the gammon from the slow cooker, and score the top sharp knife. You can remove any extra fat if you prefer. Cover the gammon all over with the glaze and cook for 20-30 minutes.
