Slow Cooker Chicken, Pancetta and Sundried Tomato Pasta

Ingredients
  

  • 450 g Chicken Breast 3 whole breasts
  • 100 g Pancetta or smoked bacon lardons
  • 80 g Sundried tomatoes Drained, whole or chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 3 tbsp Tomato puree
  • 2 tsp Dried oregano
  • 75 ml Water
  • Pinch salt & pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker and stir well.
  • Cook for 3 hour on high, or low for 5-6.
  • Remove, shred the chicken and serve on a bed of pasta of your choice. Top with parmesan cheese and basil.
