Slow Cooker Greek Lamb Kleftiko
Try switching up your traditional Sunday lamb with this fantastic Mediterranean recipe. This traditional Greek dish involves slow cooking lamb with herbs and white wine until gloriously tender. Pair with your favourite sides and salads, for a fabulous spread.

Baby potatoes go into the slow cooker in this recipe, as well as lamb shoulder. They will soak up all of the flavours in the pot and give you a ready made side dish for serving. We serve this with pitta bread, feta cheese and seasonal greens, to make a fantastic spread that can be enjoyed all year round.
